Vice Chancellor Jones has a J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University, a Master's degree in Counseling and Guidance and a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Northeast Missouri State University.
She is a member of the National Association of College and University Business Officers, International Collegiate Licensing Association and the Association of University Real Estate Officers.
Jackie began her career in the Division of Administrative Services at the University of Missouri in 1979 as Manager of Business Services.
Since that time she has served as Associate Vice Chancellor and, in 2002, she was named Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services.
